SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND CONDITIONS
Delivery Conditions
Khush Candle Co. reserves the right to withhold shipment of the order until the customer has satisfied payment in full for all purchased products. If Khush Candle Co. does not receive the customer payment in full for whatever reason, Khush Candle Co. reserves the right to delay or refuse to ship the products. Free delivery on orders $400 or more. The purchased products can be delivered to the customer by the following means:
Carriers: UPS / FEDEX / USPS / DHL
Products shall be delivered to the address indicated by the customer on their order form. Khush Candle Co. is not responsible for any delivery issues arising from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by the customer. Please note that Khush Candle Co. will not deliver to PO Boxes, freight -forwarders, or hotels.
The customer will be informed by email when the parcel is collected by the carrier from Kush Candle Co distribution facilities. Customer will be provided the carrier tracking number allowing tracking progress of the order in real time.
If the customer cannot take physical possession of the order on the scheduled delivery date, they can contact the carrier to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Delivery Costs
Shipping / Delivery costs are not included in the price of the order and are added at checkout by the customer and carrier options selected.
Receipt of Goods
Customer Obligations
Upon delivery of the order, the customer must perform the following actions in a timely manner:
- Sign for the package acknowledging receipt (when applicable)
- Verify that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the delivery note.
- Verify the packages and their seals are intact, undamaged, or not altered in any manner;
- Verify that the delivered products conform to the style, model, color size, and other characteristic(s) of the products, as specified on the order receipt;
- Note any other useful reservations concerning visible defects with respect to the exterior packing or product(s);
Any shipping/ delivery damages to the packages and/or the products must be reported with date /time stamped photo evidence to the carrier and Khush Candle Co. Customer service department email kcccustomer@khushcandle.com within (2) days following receipt of the products. Any claim made to the carrier and notifying Khush Candle CO after this period may result in claim denial.
