RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGE / STORE CREDITS

Returns 

Due to the product sizes, packaging, fragility, complexity and costs; Khush Candle Co as a general policy does not accept returns however, unforeseen situations occur and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and with prior Khush Candle Co. authorization only.

Exchanges

Khush Candle Co does not permit exchanges

Conditions Regarding Refunds or Store Credits

Khush Candle Co policy does not permit product refunds however may address refunds or store credits based upon each unique / unforeseen circumstance and on an individual basis. 

Order Refund Terms (Exception Basis Only) 

Khush Candle Co. may refund the returned products at its sole discretion (if previously agreed upon as outlined below) by crediting the original credit or debit card used for payment. The refund (less shipping cost) will be issued within 30 days from the date which the customer return was approved.

Please note that Khush Candle Co. may reduce refunds to reflect any diminished value of the products resulting from customer mis-handling plus re-stocking fee, All original contents, packaging, tags, cards, invoice etc. must accompany the return (if applicable).

Timeline Regarding Refunds or Store Credit

Khush Candle Co must be notified via email kccustomers@kushcandle.com within 2 business day of receipt of said product. The circumstances regarding the request must be outlined in specifics as to why refund or store credit is requested. Photographic evidence (date and time stamped) is also required. We will respond within 3 business days. Khush Candle Co at its sole discretion has the right to accept or deny requests.

Miscellaneous 

Khush Candle Co. LLC will not issue any refund or store credit for product(s) that were purchased from a third-party marketplace other than Khush Candle Co Website.

Non-Compliance with Conditions of Refunds or Store Credit 

If a product does not meet the conditions as described in the terms above, Khush Candle Co.  reserves the right to refuse the request.
