Shipping Policy
UNITED STATES
All orders are processed and shipped from our Connecticut, USA distribution facility within 3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders may take up to 7 business days to arrive, dependent upon location and shipping method. Military addresses can take up to 10 business days. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking system to update. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. Be aware, ship time does not include order processing time.
INTERNATIONAL
We partner with FedEx Economy shipping (Estimated 5–7 days) for our international customers. Ship costs can be found at checkout.
Depending on the weight and dimensions of your order, ship costs vary.
International destined orders are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations.
KHUSH CANDLE CO.® is not responsible for these charges, nor do we reimburse any charges. KHUSH CANDLE CO.® is also not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any other package delays.
If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider and therefore is not refundable.
RECEIPTS
KHUSH CANDLE CO.® LLC. will appear on your payment receipt. Our shipping partners are FedEx, USPS, FedEx Ground (estimated 5–7 business days) or UPS for our domestic USA customers.
P.O. BOXES
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Any order with a P.O. Box will be cancelled without warning. Please consider an alternate shipping destination when checking out.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If you need your shipment expedited, we will do our best to facilitate your needs. Extreme cold weather may delay your shipment as beeswax can be very fragile in the cold. We always contact our customers if any delay is anticipated.
